Thank you for shopping at ASweARE Collective. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Our return and refund policy reflects the custom nature of our items. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Products with printing errors or quality issues
  • Wrong items received
  • Size exchanges for unworn clothing items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Orders marked as gifts
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items with signs of use or wear

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error



How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at aswearecollective.co@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable)
  3. Explain the reason for your return
  4. Wait for our team to review your request (within 1-2 business days)
  5. If approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. For defective items or shipping errors: We'll cover return shipping costs

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For size exchanges: Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Size exchanges are available for unworn clothing items
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the desired size is unavailable, we'll process a refund


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 10 business days
  • You'll receive an email notification when your refund is processed


Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item:

  • Document the issue with clear photos
  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt
  • We'll either replace the item or provide a full refund
